The carnivore diet is a way of eating that focuses on consuming animal-based foods like meat, fish, and eggs while eliminating all plant-based foods. It may sound extreme, but it has brought me incredible benefits. Since starting the carnivore diet, I’ve experienced significant weight loss, improved muscle gain, clearer skin, and better digestion. My energy levels have skyrocketed, and I no longer experience the mid-afternoon crashes that I used to have.

One of the most surprising things I noticed after switching to the carnivore diet is that I no longer have body odor. It’s quite remarkable how this way of eating affects every aspect of your body. Apart from the physical benefits, I also experienced mental clarity and improved mood. The constant fog in my mind lifted, and I felt more focused and calm.

The carnivore diet has also had a positive impact on my dental health. My teeth are whiter, and I no longer suffer from the sensitivity I used to have. It’s incredible how such a simple change in diet can have such profound effects on overall health.

If you’re considering trying the carnivore diet, I highly recommend it. However, I must stress the importance of doing your research and consulting with a healthcare professional before making any significant dietary changes. The carnivore diet may not be suitable for everyone, and it’s essential to ensure it aligns with your individual health needs and goals.

    I feel much better after speaking with Veerle today. The coaching session was worth waking up at 5 am (my time) for! I struggle with emotional eating, and after meeting with Veerle, I feel like I have some tools to deal with it that I didn’t have when I was doing carnivore on my own.

    It was a very comfortable first session with Veerle R. She was very sincere and honest. The fact that she said the transition is better done over a long period of time – depending on different personalities of people – so that my transition would be much easier made me feel like it is going to be a light journey turning into a carnivore. We opted for a 1-year plan of transition, and that seems reasonable for me given my chocolate and sugar addiction. And my previous lifestyle + my anxieties. I’m looking forward to know more about the carnivore
