So you are considering hiring a nutrition coach! Maybe you have done that before. You got that meal plan, went to the store with the four-page shopping list (WTF is arrowroot??), and spent most of your Sunday afternoons preparing meals! Three meals, two snacks, and a healthy dessert for each day of the week! But what happened a few weeks later? You completely stalled! Not only that, but you felt miserable.
